You may also try to insert a different known working cartridge to identify if it's a faulty cartridge issue. Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to appear.When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first.Unplug / re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it.Check behind the cartridge carrier for the encoder strip (transparent strip responsible for the movement of the carrier) and make sure it is seated and not loose in its place.Check the cartridge area for any foreign objects or debris blocking the cartridge carrier.
